For this assessment I chose Oprah Winfrey who holds a high profile position in society.​ I, who is supposedly employed by the management of Oprah Winfrey was hired to monitor her Twitter activity and use my professional public relations adviser ​judgement about the efficiency and impact of the use of this form of social media by Oprah Winfrey.

This required checking her twee​ts over a period of more than two weeks a​nd using different applications to analyse her twitter account and activities.
