For this project I needed to identify an organisation with which I was somehow affiliated. I conducted an interview with one organisational member and made observations of the workplace to determine the organisation’s structure and culture. Using the results of this interview and personal observations I described how the structure and culture affect the way the organisation operates and performs its objectives. Furthermore, I used secondary research to analyse their structure and culture and finally made recommendations for changes. For this project I used pseudonyms for the name of the organisation and the member I interviewed and discussed in the paper.
