SONY Crisis Communication - Case Study​
This presentation is a description and analysis of the crisis communication by Sony when the company faced one of the severest identity thefts in history. This project required intensive research from a variety of resources and academic journals were used to support the analysis.

In particular, it was examined how Sony responded to the crisis and recommendations were provided about how Sony could have better managed the situation.
