This research project consisted of two phases.

The first phase was the conceptual phase and included problem identification, the literature search and review, and research questions and hypotheses determination that guide and narrow the focus of the project.

​

During the empirical phase, which is the practical and analytical stage of the report, the method in which to use the measures was planned, the instrument for the measures was created, the analysis was planned and the sections: abstract, method, results, discussion and conclusion of the report were established.
